OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO FEDCBA.XYZ IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
